- Phone number — used for login and SMS verification
- Full name — used to identify your account
- Cargo data — dimensions, weight, status, and destination of your shipments
- Shipment history — records of each delivery stage
- FCM device token — used to deliver push notifications to your device
We never collect bank card numbers, passwords, or any sensitive financial information.

How We Use Your Information
- Real-time shipment tracking and delivery status alerts
- Displaying your cargo list inside the app
- Sending push notifications when a shipment is added or its status changes
- Sending SMS verification codes for login
- Managing your account, loyalty points, and tier level

Data Storage & Retention
All data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database and transmitted exclusively over
encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

Google Firebase (FCM) — delivers push notifications to your device.

Google Sheets API — used for backend shipment data synchronisation (not user-facing).
These services operate under their own privacy policies and may independently collect certain data about your device or usage.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- With your explicit consent
- When required by law (court order or government authority)
- With the technical service providers listed above, only to the extent necessary

Push Notifications
When you install the app, you will be prompted to allow push notifications.
You can disable them at any time in your device settings.
We send notifications when:
- A new shipment is added to your account
- Your shipment status changes

- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data

Security
- All connections are encrypted via HTTPS
- Passwords are hashed using the bcrypt algorithm
- API requests are authenticated with Bearer tokens (Laravel Sanctum)
- Server access is restricted and continuously monitored

Children's Privacy
This application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
